SHIPPING: Totally Private & Discreet Shipments are made by USPS using their packaging with no other markings. There are No Saturday Deliveries; 2-Day Express orders placed on Thursday's will be delivered on the first business day after the weekend "Monday". shipping charges are estimated at time of purchase, pricing can be greater or less at time of shipment due to fuel surcharges.
APO/FPO Addresses: While we can ship most items to APO/FPO addresses, some restrictions do apply. Items sent to APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be expedited. Normal delivery time for these shipments ranges from 3-30 days. If a package has not been delivered within 75 days or more, written notice of non-receipt must be submitted to First Diagnostic signed by the intended recipient. Once this written notice is received by First Diagnostic, a claim will be filed with the United States Postal Service. If the USPS can not provide a signature confirmation of delivery, the recipient will then have the option of a full credit for the purchase amount or a reshipment of the order.
- Orders received before 3 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be processed the same day.
- Orders received after 3 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the next day.
- Orders received after 3 p.m. Eastern Time Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional one to two days and extra charges.
Risk of Loss All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
