AT First Diagnostic is transitioning and implementing a comprehensive VEU Program: Certification, Compliance, and Order Monitoring Systems to better serve our distribution base.
We are imposing these new controls because it has been brought to our attention that we need to better augment our existing controls with these new controls thus helping us provide a better reputation for Good Corporate Governance and Compliance Practices while encouraging customer loyalty to our brands and products worldwide.
This new VEU program will permit pre-screened companies and entities; that pass our review and agree to a strict follow-on’s compliance obligations to receive our distributorship authorization for their assigned region.
This new process is in implementation now and will be completed in the next quarter…
